Tony’s approach to both physical therapy and training have given me new enthusiasm for my body and what it can do. I came to Tony with what felt like a disabling hip injury caused by over-training. Tony was very sensitive to my distress and worked patiently with me to identify my injury and rehabilitate myself.
He also helped motivate me to reassess my training goals. With Tony’s coaching, I have set personal records in all of my Olympic Lifts and have worked my way up to squat and deadlift weights that I haven’t moved in years
